Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the product has been delivered and confirmed as eligible according to this policy.
Refunds are not issued for orders that are still in transit and within the stated delivery timeframe.
Non-Delivery
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, the customer may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
